The Ginseng fruit smoothie recipe

A tasty and nutritious way to have ginseng powder.


  • 1x cup of fresh or frozen blueberries.
  • 1x small ripe pear.
  • 1x white nectarine.
  • 1x teaspoon of unheated honey (Prickly Box is my favourite)
  • 2x heaped teaspoons of organic carob powder (optional)
  • 150ml water.
  • 2x teaspoons of red ginseng powder (1 teaspoon is mild)


Put all of the ingredients into a container and blend it until it looks like a smoothie…. pretty easy!

Sprinkle cinnamon on top, and there you have it.  Yum!
