Making ginseng extract can be done by soaking a 5g white ginseng root with 1 litre of water at room temperature
(over night). This should then be bottled and placed in the fridge.

The ginseng root can then be placed in another litre of water and steeped again. This process can be repeated 3 to 4
times with the same ginseng root. Each extract batch will be weaker, but this can be mixed with the first batch to dilute the strength as the first batch is usually quite strong.
