The Ginseng fruit smoothie recipe
A tasty and nutritious way to have ginseng powder.
- 1x cup of fresh or frozen blueberries.
- 1x small ripe pear.
- 1x white nectarine.
- 1x teaspoon of unheated honey (Prickly Box is my favourite)
- 2x heaped teaspoons of organic carob powder (optional)
- 150ml water.
- 2x teaspoons of red ginseng powder (1 teaspoon is mild)
Put all of the ingredients into a container and blend it until it looks like a smoothie…. pretty easy!
Sprinkle cinnamon on top, and there you have it. Yum!
